Korean food is one of the most healthy cuisine in the
world. Do you know that? That's why many people around the world enjoy Korean
food like kimchi ( I bet everyone is familiar with kimchi right? :D). I guess that the popularity if Korean food is quite loud because of Korean
drama, because you cannot see any Korean Film without a scene that the eat korean food haha!
Last saturday, May 16, 2015, the whole Cainta King Sejong Institute have
our Korean food festival where we, students, experienced to cook Korean cuisine and
eat what we made. This is a part of our curriculum - to experience Korean Culture. Some of the team cook a giant bibimbap(비빔밥), pajeon(파전), japchae (잡채), tteokbokki (떡볶이), and SoonDuBu Jjigae (순두부 찌개) ^^
My team is the hemeul (seafood) Pajeon ( 파전) team. Pajeon (파전) is like
a pancake that is not sweet haha! Pajeon (파전) is my favorite Korean food right now
haha! It is so yummy and I am craving right now xD
We choose Pajeon (파전) since we think it is easy to cook and we're
right. we can also make one at our home as easy as 1-2-3 ^^ I want to teach you
how to make one. You dont actually need measuring tools to make one, you can
just trust your instict haha!

You can just use soy sauce, salt and chili pepper and mix
it up xD
It is the easy version of Pajeon (파전), hope your first try will
be delicious haha!
Actually, my first time cooking a Pajeon (파전) is just the day of
our Korean festival haha! So the procedure that I mention earlier is the
procedure of a beginner.. but in fairness our Pajeon (파전) is way more delicious than what I thought It will be
haha!
Time passed so fast that day that I didn't realize that we
already cook 8 pieces of Pajeon (파전) haha! I am super tired but I really enjoy cooking it and I am so inspired to
learn how to flip like my classmate - ate Kris Oh hehe. our Teachers there are really good in cooking and super good in teaching that's why we can make our own Korean food all by ourselves ^^
How about you?
Have you experience cooking Korean Food ? XD
