A Very Affordable Authentic Korean Cosmetics from Rucy's Vanity

Have you ever heard Rucy's vanity? If you visited my blog since then you will notice that I mention Rucy's Vanity few times. I love Korean cosmetics and I will never ever be tired to tell you that Korean cosmetics are always awesome - Just like Rucy's Vanity.

I always heard Rucy's Vanity from some beauty gurus, bloggers and youtubers. Rucy's Vanity offers a very affordable authentic Korean cosmetics that's why many enjoy it and use their products again and again like me ^^

Last Month, Rucy's vanity held a photo contest with a hashtag #RucysVanityTravels. Luckily I was chosen as one of the winners for this contest. I should visit their office at DRV Cosmetics Trading

Unit 1706 Antel Global Corporate Center, Julia Vargas Ave. Ortigas Center, Pasig City to claim my prize and knowingly that they have their 20% off for Mother's Day promo I did not want to miss the chance to avail the promo so I bought some goodies from them too.

unfortunately, the promo ends last May 10.. but no worries there are more promo throughout this year ^^ 

So here's my entry on the photo contest :

I cant believe that I will win that contest because I was almost late when I sent my entry ( I think 1 day before deadline?)

I wish I could take more photos than that hehe. I love taking photos but I still dont have my own phone nor own camera. Dont worry, I WILL have soon haha! So that I can show more HD photo for you

Actually I badly need to buy new skin products, I am just holding my urge to buy things because I am saving for buying something (ang it is for all of you muahaha!)

So here is the list of my prize that I got :

110php*Woman Cleansing Gel (mint) -my favorite ever ever to the infinity haha

130php* Foam Cleansing (Aloe) - this is my first time using this product and I heard many good comments about this so lemme see ^^

120php*NEW Whitening Body Lotion (Acacia) - this is the newest product of Rucy's Vanity and I am so glad that I have a chance to try this for free ^^ I hope this will work on me hehe. I will probably make a review of this after few weeks of using it ^^ it is also available in tropical fruits and cactus ^^

130php*Body Mist (Warm Vanilla) - actually I don't like fruity or sweet smells so I think I will include this on my next giveaway.

200php*BB Cream (natural #21) - I already try this and unfortunately doesn't match my skin tone (awwww) I still don't have any idea what should I do on this product hehe I cant think of any family members nor friends (who's near to my house) that has lighter skin tone than me (because we are from suburb most of human here are tans haha!)

150php*Gleamy Lipstick (Dark Red) - I have this one, but in color RED. Wuah! Do red loves me? Haha! I also try this and I can see the difference of dark red and red xD maybe because ,as what i said, I am tan xD

70php each*Pearl BB Cream and Pearl Foundation - I think this two are almost the same hehe. They are both glittery, has SPF 30 PA+++ and can be use as highlighter. 

50php each* Manicure (Red 01, Yellow 01) - my sister loves nail colors and these color are perfect this summer ^^

I am actually thinking if those are really worth 1000php because there are so many stuffs and Ms Shebby told me, the prize actually worth beyond 1000php and Ms Rucy (the owner) personally picked the prize for us the winners ^^

Total = 1080php

Buying all 7 flavors will cost me a lot since I need to buy serum. I thought serum was actually included on my prize but it was not, so I have to include serum and toner to my to buy list because I was running out of stocks for my skin care regimen hehe.

I wont make this blog post long ^^ I will make a review of this products next time so lemme ask a question...

Quick Review: Nature Republic - Real Nature Mask Sheets

Making reviews is the only thing I can do this summer haha! I don’t have any places to go. I am so lazy to get up to bed even creating DIY haha! What I love to do this summer to to relax and beat the heat by feeling it :D and relaxing won't be perfect with out a Nature Republic - Real Nature Mask Sheets every night.

 Last month, my Korean class classmate went to Korea, luckily I forgot to forget to tell him my wish list to buy in Korea. He's so awesome and bought some Mask for me (of course it's not free).

I only got 6 of the Nature Republic - Real Nature Mask Sheets. Sad to say that I didn't complete all of the 10, I don't have the:
♥Rose
♥Aloe
♥Avocado
♥Bamboo

Next time I will try to complete the set and make a review of it individually :D

Its Flavors and Its effects:
♥Cucumber - extracts moisturize and make soft skin
♥Tomato -  make moisturize and whiten skin
♥Royal Jelly - provides nourishment and reduce wrinkles
♥Green Tea - deeply moisturizes and helps the skin moisturized

The size of the sheet is small for my forehead and a little bit wide for my cheeks haha! but is is perfectly fine for me ^^ I just love this mask haha! I think the nature republic made the size of the mask for V-shaped faced (because it is the popular shaped in Korea. Since I have long face, near oval but a little bit longer than oval (i have a big forehead haha! A high hair line xD), the mask tend not to reach my hair line wahaha! Which is I think funny xD I actually used a face mask before that is perfectly shaped to my face and I feel that 'that product' made especially for me xD ( I am so sorry I forgot the brand of the face mask)

After I use the face mask I usually let the wetness to dries naturally, it actually makes my skin softer

I bought it for 7 dollars for 10 pieces (35php per piece). It is super cheap versus the original price in the market which is 55php per piece - you know the taxes and everything that was added to it. But 55php each is worth it because it really gives nutrients that is needed to your face. 

I love face mask, my sister and I are a hard core fan of face mask believing that it will make our skin soft and flawless like Korean. We're actually spending most of our money buying masks than buying other beauty products haha! Honestly my sister are more addicted than me, she actually have many EXO merchandise because of mass buying of face mask in Nature Republic haha! She actually have her Nature Republic Card xD

REVIEW: Ellana Mineral Cosmetic BLUSH - Doll 2g BLUSH ON

oh, It's been a long time haha! Valentine's is just around the corner and everyone is excited right? right? (I hope so) :D By the way, this year is the first year that I felt bitter for valentines haha! Imagine almost all of the promo offered are only for couples. WAAAHHH so sad :( but always remember that I am very happy for all the couple who will celebrate the heart-day with someone that they love. Singles, Don't worry, Love is in the air always, just feel it its free :D Because I've been so busy last week, I will post my very very favorite blush on since last month :D  what is it? (oh, It's already on the title no drum roll needed haha!) Ellana Mineral Cosmetic BLUSH - Doll

I am deeply in love with this right now :D actually when I order this on ellana.com.ph I just pick this color without thinking if it will be appropriate on my skin tone haha! I just feel the word "DOLL" that time and I just want to try Ellana Mineral Cosmetics because it always flood on my Facebook wall and many Beauty Bloggers/Vloggers are promoting this so I got very curious. PLUS, I really love Mineral Products lately. FACT: my last blush-on that I used was also a  mineral - from Human Nature, I forgot the shade hehe :D

Why did I fall in love with this blush on?

Honestly, I don't use blush on everyday, I just wear it if there's any special day or I feel that my face looks dull. BUT, on the first day I use it, my neighbor and friends told me that I look blooming that day. HAHA! AND, when I was on the way to school the manong driver of tricycle told me I am beautiful that I look like a shooting star in the sky WAHAHAHA! Its really creepy right? and CORNY xD he also asking me for my facebook account and number. which is really really creepy. I actually don't want to use the Ellana Mineral Cosmetic BLUSH - Doll again after that but I realize that if manong driver notice me because of blush on that I'am wearing I think might look blooming talaga :D some of my professors too told me that I look blooming. BUT, only one person notice that I look different that day because of blush on :D SO I therefore conclude that the Ellana Mineral Cosmetic BLUSH - Doll looks natural on me.

TIP:

the Ellana Mineral Cosmetic BLUSH - Doll looks awesome for cool tomes to warm medium tones :D but of course another TIP: look on your gums because the color of your gums is the best color for you, you can use it a pattern :)

the color :D It fits on my skin tone the most and it looks like very natural on my face :D
the Finish is MATTE and for me, it also offers somewhat coverage which I like also

the Packaging: I didn't expect that the packaging will be like that. I thought it is like the usual packaging like what I saw from the other blogger.

since it is a mineral product, It doesn't stay longer on my face, maybe because I am also oily, that's why I need to put it on again every time it fades.

REVIEW: Tony Moly Clean Dew Lemon Foam Cleanser

Last month, Tony Moly had a SALE. Yeay! Sale! And everyone loves sales right? Even me, because I am everyone.. (Ok, how corny my joke is haha!)

 Tony Moly offers 30% off to all of their products. I got a change to avail it.

I badly needed a cleansing foam last month because Im running out of cleansing foam that time. I am very busy and forgot to take care of skin so since Tony Moly had their sale that time and I love Korean products very much I decided to buy Tony Moly Clean Dew Lemon Foam Cleanser.

So here's the story behind:
I was in the Mall of Asia wandering around the makeup part in department store amazed in the beauty products that is not so new to my eyes.
I actually looking for Tony Moly knowing that they have on going sale. So yay, I found it and I was looking for something to buy to avail the Sale haha!

So now, because I am there at the kiosk of Tony Moly, one sales lady is following me. I am then testing the Foam Cleanser but the violet one (grapes I guess) and the yellow one (lemon) doesn't have tester so I just ask the sales lady if there's a tester of the two. She said none but the yellow one is their best seller because of it's mint something. At first I refuse to get the yellow one because I really hate the smell of lemon specially when it is processed but eventually because of the sales lady's aegyo (cuteness) I saw myself at the counter giving money to the cashier to buy the Lemon flavored Foam Cleanser of Tony Moly.

Immediately, after I got in the condo, I opened my newly bought Tony Moly Clean Dew Lemon Foam Cleanser and tadaaahhhh! I got mini heart attack. It smells like FX air freshener.

For those who didn't know my phobia. I do not ride in a bus nor in a FX or any vehicle with air conditioner. (Explanation will be next on my Blog)

But because it is my first goody that I bought from Tony Moly, I still enjoying using it ;D

Cleaning Effect:
I love it's cleaning effect since it is so mild. Perfect for sensitive skin like me. I doesn't feel dry after I use it and I also notice that it doesn't make my skin so oily for a long time, I mean I feel that Tony Moly Clean Dew Lemon Foam Cleanser prevents my skin for being oily, which is a very big CHECK for me :D
ALSO! it has mint effect so you will feel very refresh after using it :D and the freshness stays for long time :D

PLUS!
It removes my make up nicely. and I am very impressed about it

TIP! 

wash your face for 3-4 minutes and focus on every part of your face (not only to your cheeks and forehead) :D

Price:
For me the price is fair. 190php for a 180ml Cleansing foam that satisfies me a lot is very WORTH IT :)

FOR ME:
I think the only Con here is the smell. I don't really like the smell but since I don't breath while I'm washing my face, it's fine. But I think for the others (like my friend who loves LEMON) they will fell in love with it's smell because they might feel the nature while using it :D

DEFINITELY YES! but not in the same flavor. I would love to try the purple one :D

REVIEW - Suesh 5-pcs Travel Sized MakeUp Brush Kit

If you are following me in twitter and Facebook you might know how I'm starting to be crazy to complete different kinds of makeup brushes. But of course because I'm so stingy (my friends know that haha!) I told my friends that makeup tools including makeup brushes is the best present for me this Christmas.

To make the long story short, my friend RM Lasco, who's also a blogger, gave me Suesh 5pcs travel size make up brush as a present this Christmas 2014. Yeay! NAKS RICH KID! If you love fashion, try to visit  Mister Stylist by RM Lasco

The makeup brush bag contains 5 small make up brushes.
It contains essensial brushes for the face:

1. Powder brush (12cm)- is it powder brush? Haha! I am actually confuse about brushes specially in face brushes.

2. Blush brush (12cm)- I sometimes use it as bronzer. I love it because its CUTE haha!

3. Eye-shadow brush (10.5cm) - Its actually a large eye shadow brush perfect for shadowing your lids.

4. Eyebrow brush (10.5cm) - you can use it as a eyeliner brush also and I love its bristles.

5. Lip brush ( 10.5cm) - I think you can also use it as concealer brush

Tip:

Actually, for me, you can use different brushes in different ways. For example, eyebrow brush is eyebrow brush but you can use it differently. You can use it as eyeliner brush or concealer brush or etc as long as it applies makeup nicely :) but I don't think eyebrow brush

can use as blush brush. *winks*

Packaging:

its packaging looks great! It looks really professional and in real life or I mean in person the leather they use looks like Class A. I don't actually have knowledge about leather but I know the feeling of a good quality leather :D

Bristles:

It is so soft and when I use it, most of the makeup product doesn't stay in the brush. so I mean that most of the makeup product is going on the face BUT maybe It will also depends on your makeup product Using.

Usage:

I used it for several times and also I already tried cleaning or washing it and It still looks the same as new. Means that it doesnt change or damaged easily even if washed.

CONS
It is supposed to be a travel size make up brush kit but I think its too big (16.5cm x 9.5cm). I Dont usually bring big bags because I dont like burdens haha! So if you are like me, I dont suggest to use it as a travel make up brush kit since it consumes a lot of space

I LOVE IT!

I can say that Suesh have a very good make up tools and deserves a 5 stars. I would definately buy Suesh product in the future!
