I dont usually read western novels like Eleanor and Park. Honestly this is my 2nd novel that I just finished haha! I am not into western novel because I dont get their jokes and other scene sometimes. But ofcourse I really live reading books xD

Actually I got interested in this book because of its cover and according to National bookstore it is one of the best selling book. Bea, my friend, let me to borrow this book from her even though she havent yet read the book.
At first, I got bored because nothing unique is happening in the story and always fell a sleep every chapter haha! but I keep on reading because I think that there might be a good twist maybe not here in the first part. So later on in the near middle I became Interested on the boom haha! Eleanor and Park didnt notice that they are starting liking each other (clue: Park do the first move haha!) Their love story started on the bus with the comic book and later on with music.
Eleanor was from unstable family and Park was from a wonderful half korean asian family.
Oh! My favorite part of the story was when Park kick Steves face wahaha! Because Steve keep on talking about Eleanor which Park hates. I just love that park because according to the book Park just look normal asian guy and we all know that asian guy in western country dont look hot or I mean do not consider hot haha! But since Park is a korean he is required to learn taekwondo which is for me - a plus plus points to a guy xD
Then after that they became boyfriend - girlfriend but they dont consider themselves like that.
What I dont like or what I think is not good in the book is where Eleanor and Park keep on kissing. FYI, I really love kdramas and we know that in kdramas kissing scenes are usually just 2 - 4 times only haha! Or i mean they dont kiss too much. I dont want to compare them because western and korean stories have so much difference. according to the information id gathered, Eleanor and Park is for teenagers but I think it's not becauwe there's a sensored parts there that for me i think is not appropriate for 16 year old lovers xD
Eleanor visited Park's house a lot and I Park's parents because they let Eleanor and Park explores the world. And they are just fair xD they let eleanor to have dinner at their house, give park's allowance for their date and et cetera.
But again, I dont like park and eleanor's doing when Park's parents are not around haha! I know that lovers do that but they are only 16 years old they must wait for the right time. I dont know if they are really wrong but I know that is not right xD
At the end, I thought they teenage Landian (flirt) will be forever, hecause it is a fiction story there should have something to stop them and it is Eleanor's step dad. (I dont acually get why her step dad is like that, but ofcourse we need antagonist haha!) Eleanor got in trouble so she need to go far away from their house, far from Park. And then Park helped her to go to her uncle and then THE END. their love story ENDS.
I ends in the air and I dont get it haha! I should be contented on its ending but I want Eleanor and Park to be a movie and have other ending haha! A ending that will be unpredictable, that will be remarkable and that will make think that it ends peacefully haha!
I love this story but I will only give this ♥♥♥ 3 hearts becauce I dont think It has Impact. I just think it is just light-novel or will just entertain your time but not gives you that feeling that you cant forget the story. Or maybe I dont relate myself too much haha! By the way, R.Rowell is a great writer because she have awesome way of playing words. And I really really love her :D
I will try PAPER TOWNS by JOHN GREEN. My friends told me it's nice. Let me see xD
